We only book about 20 weddings a year, so dates go quickly!
This, of course, must happen first. You get engaged!
You start looking for a photographer and you find us! Then you fall in love with our work.
SIGN THE CONTRACT
Our contract process is easy and it's done online. We send you an electronic contract that you sign. Read everything carefully!
Once signed, you make your first payment, the booking fee, that secures your date for your wedding.
If you have booked an engagement session, we plan a date – any Monday through Thursday (no holidays).
Engagement sessions are a fun and a great way to get comfortable, plus you get some awesome photos!
We want you to stay in touch with us during the months between our initial consultation and your wedding day. About a week before your wedding day, we’ll set up a time to have a phone conversation to go over all the last minute details. Are you excited? We are!
A month or two before your wedding day, we send you a questionnaire. This is the kitchen sink of wedding questionnaires. We ask everything we can think of about your wedding day. And if you have any questions, we are happy to help!
AFTER YOUR WEDDING
We get to your venue early to meet with your planner and scope out the venue.
We will be hands for your portraits and family photographs, but most of the time, you won't know what we are doing or where we are (our ninja approach). You just enjoy the day and soak in all the love!
While you are on your honeymoon, we go to work choosing the best images from the day. We hand edit every single one
Next: your image gallery. It's a large gallery with a lot of images so take your time viewing each one. Create a favorites list. Share with your family. Download your high resolution images and back them up to the cloud. Order professional color-fast prints directly from your gallery!
First up: you slideshow. This is your wedding story. We have selected the images that best tell your wedding story and we put them to royalty free music.

You get your album
We will send you a link after you get your gallery for you to share with us your favorite images from your wedding day. These are the images we will design your album with. Remember you have to get us your favorite images within one year of receiving your gallery in order to get your wedding album.
After the design process, and the addition of any upgrades: cover, size, box, parent albums, we send out your order to our bookmaker. It takes about 4-8 weeks to get your custom album back (remember each one is done individually). We ship it you via UPS Ground.

Your gallery expires
After one year (or whatever your collection gives you), your gallery is set to expires. You will get a notice about this and the opportunity to renew your gallery for another year for a moderate fee. Remember, please back up your images. Once your gallery does expire we archive the images so they are no longer available for you to download.
