Meet Diane
Diane has been a New York Hudson Valley wedding photographer for over 15 years. She blends her background in graphic design and filmmaking to create fun, energetic, and timeless documentary wedding photos.
Diane’s work has been featured in places like the New York Times, Over the Moon, Junebug Weddings, and Bride’s Magazine, and in 2023, she was named one of the top 10 wedding photographers in the USA & Mexico by Masters of Wedding Photography.
She is incredibly proud of her featured LGBTQ+ weddings in Out Magazine, New York Magazine, and even in two best-selling books, The New Art of Capturing Love: The Essential Guide to Lesbian and Gay Wedding Photography and Capturing Love: The Art of Lesbian & Gay Wedding Photography, both available on Amazon.
Diane lives in Rhinebeck, New York, with her wife and Bini (rescue from Wonderdog Rescue) on three beautiful acres. When she’s not behind the camera, you’ll find her at the movies, exploring the Hudson Valley, or taking art classes at the Woodstock School of Art.

documentary meets style
We specialize in a blend of documentary and editorial images. This gives you the best of both worlds: all those genuine, heartfelt moments captured beautifully, plus some drop-dead gorgeous portraits. We will guide you with some posing cues so you look your very best, but we will keep you moving and energized. The best portraits really are photographed moments.
Digital or Film
We photograph your entire wedding day using digital cameras. This approach ensures we capture every important moment and deliver complete, reliable coverage of your celebration.
For couples drawn to the aesthetic of film photography, we offer it as an optional add-on. We'll shoot a few rolls using our favorite point-and-shoot cameras, adding that distinctive film quality to your wedding gallery alongside the digital images.

All packages include unlimited consultations, timeline creation, an online gallery for one year, and delivery of your wedding images in less than 30 business days. Options include: second photographer, welcome drinks/dinner coverage, engagement sessions, and wedding albums.

We know you love seeing your images online: on social media, on your phone. And we know it’s hard to believe that these things in the span of your lifetime might disappear. Who remembers Betamax, or Firewire drives, or, for that matter, DVDs?
Analog never really goes out of style no matter what the tech influencers might say. The printed image is as old as photography, and at its very essence IS photography. There is nothing quite so wonderful as flipping through printed photographs in a box, or better yet, in an album.
We offer heirloom-quality wedding albums, handcrafted in the United States, with beautiful leather and linen covers. These are legacy quality. Taken care of, they will last your lifetime and more.
