“In New York, concrete jungle where dreams are made up
There’s nothing you can’t do, now you’re in New York
These streets will make you feel brand new
Big lights will inspire you, let’s hear it for New York”
Alan and Ed married at Glasshouses in New York City on the 14th floor under a candlelit Chuppah as the sun set in the East. The party then followed these two elegant gentlemen up to the 21st floor with an endless supply of cocktails, food, music and the bright lights of the big city.

Jessica and John married at the Carey Institute for Global Good in Rensselaerville, NY. It was a perfect setting on a glorious Fall day with views of the Hudson Valley region colored in amber and gold.
Thank you to Jesse Turnquist for second shooting with me!
Enjoy this lovely couple’s wedding story!
Kat and Matt got married on a perfect Fall day at the Rhinecliff Hotel overlooking the Hudson River.
This simply lovely wedding with this knock-out bride was my last wedding at the Rhinecliff Hotel which will no longer be doing weddings. Sad news for those couples looking for a unique, intimate Hudson Valley wedding venue. Best of luck to James and his crew as they begin a new chapter at the new Rhinecliff in 2015.
And to Kat & Matt, congratulations! Enjoy their story.

“At night I dream that you and I are two plants
that grew together, roots entwined,
and that you know the earth and the rain like my mouth,
since we are made of earth and rain.”
~ Pablo Neruda
And so it rained.
We wedding photographers like to tell our clients, as they prepare for their wedding day, be prepared for rain, but it really never rains when I shoot weddings. Of course, there is little truth to this. It’s just what we hope and pray will happen.
Matt & Adrian rented a field, brought in a tent, flooring, lighting, flowers, linens for a beautiful Autumn wedding high on a hill overlooking leaves of gold, orange and red. And so it rained. Not just a small amount of rain. Lots of rain.
But it was a great wedding. Small, intimate, quiet, pretty. The rain kept things close, cozy, and, in the end it was a beautiful wedding day story. Enjoy!

Umbrellas on standby, Katrina and John said “I do” at the wonderful Stone Tavern Farm in early September. This beautiful couple smiled throughout the day and into the night at this fantastic wedding organized by the always amazing Lydia Castiglia.
